Why we exist
Structure with soul.
Most labels ask artists to give everything and promise to protect them later. We built our model the other way around — wellness, transparency, and fairness are the foundation, not the afterthought.
We combine the proven structure of the Korean idol training system with European values of education, diversity, and ethical management — creating something that doesn't exist yet: a sustainable pop label that puts people first.

MOONVYNN holds structured audition cycles for idol groups. We're looking for performers who are ready to grow — not people who are already fully formed.
What we look for
We don't expect perfection.
We expect honesty, drive, and a willingness to build something together.
Genuine passion for performance
Dance, vocal, or both — you need to love being on a stage.
Openness to structured training
The program is intensive and intentional. You need to be ready for that.
Teamwork and professionalism
Group dynamics are everything. Ego is the enemy.
Resilience and self-awareness
Training is hard. You need to know yourself well enough to grow.
Basic English
Our working language is English. You don't need to be fluent — but you need to be able to communicate with the team day to day.
18 or older
All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
